Oikos United is a software company in Central Virginia, founded by Paul Henry and Scott Holgate. We build for churches, trades, clinics, brokerages and venues: the organizations that run a community and that software has mostly served badly.
It is the Greek word for a household and everyone in it, the working unit a community is actually made of. That is who we build for. Not enterprises with a procurement department, and not consumers with an app habit, but the organizations in between, where one person is usually doing three jobs and the software is supposed to help.
It is also how we build. Five products on one foundation, sharing a design, an accounting engine and a login, so the suite gets more useful the more of it you run. Most software companies hand you a pile of apps that never quite talk to each other. We would rather build one house.
Every product site carries the gaps out loud: what we have not built, what a competitor still does better, and where a feature genuinely stands. A buyer who finds the limit in month two is a buyer we lost by hiding it in month one.
Money is integer cents, entries are double entry and always balanced, and posted history is immutable. Corrections are reversing entries, never edits. That is the part nobody sees and the part everything else rests on.

We are a small team and we answer our own email. If you write to us, a person reads it and replies, including when the honest answer is that our software is not the right fit for you yet. Oikos United LLC is a Virginia company and our products are currently offered in the United States only.
